Our, well our kids', indulgence in beyblades started while we spent few years in Asia on a temporary assignment. I still remember we spent an entire afternoon in Hong Kong to look for our first beyblade. Since then we have played with almost all kind of beyblades, held multiple tournaments and arranged numerous kid parties around it. Now we want to share the joy with You. Ebay let us down 1st, you guys are awesome
After a very disappointing experience on Ebay. The item showing up in a polybag and poor packaging leading to the launcher breaking before my son could use it. He found your site and was excited to order an official BeyBlade Launcher himself. So we did. And to my wonderful surprise, it arrived in a BOX and had good packaging, the item was shipped quickly and was not broken, my son is happy despite his 1st experience not going well. I made my first purchase this month
I made my first purchase this month. It was a gift for my child that is new to beyblades. I am also new to beyblades, so I was really confused about the product, launchers, etc. On a whim, well past business hours, I asked a question in the chat. No one was there, but you put in your e-mail and someone will get back to you. I received a response very quickly. In fact, so quickly that there were a couple of messages before I even checked my e-mail. The customer service was amazing. Honestly, I was going to buy the product at a big box store, but after experiencing the pre-purchase customer service, my order being prepared that same late night (I had a tracking number for the shipment almost right away) and the well-packaged beyblade and launcher that were exactly as ordered with no issues, I am so glad I took the chance on a new store. In fact, it is now my child's favorite beyblade. I would absolutely order again.
