I joined because I needed some heart procedures and the specialists required me to lose a lot of weight. I also wanted to feel better in myself. 18 months in, I’ve lost 22kg and 19% body weight. I’ve never been able to keep weight off for this length of time before and I know it’s down to this programme because the whole team are experts! I was initially quite skeptical of seeing dietitian as I’ve tried every diet but I was delighted to learn the dietitian wasn’t there to put me on a diet. She helped me up my protein and noticed nutritional deficits which she helped me address and I think that’s been so helpful in getting my energy levels up to the highest they have been in years. The team are also ninjas at always finding me the medication I need so I’ve never felt alone on this. This programme has been the best decision I’ve made for my health in years.

I’m with Beyond BMI since September 2023. The service provided by the team is excellent. The doctors and dietitians are very knowledgeable, approachable and their interventions are evidence based. Customer service is also truly excellent! The added surprise for me though was their health coaching service. Big shout out for Nikki! This has enabled me to actually change my life beyond just a change in BMI. I have made some major changes within my life and now am free of the debilitating medications I required prior to joining BBMI. I also understand my condition and very much feel I’m on a road of recovery and self management. This is a powerful place to be in. Thanks to BBMI. I certainly will continue to stay with BBMI. Worth every penny.

I’m a year now with Beyond BMI. The person who signed up is very different to person I am today. Down a significant amount of weight, a few dress sizes reduced - those are the immediately noticed differences. But what I didn’t expect is that is almost the side story for me now - I’m so much happier, my health has improved both physically and mentally. My skin has improved so much that I confidently can go out without make-up now.

Ultimately signing up has changed everything and it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. The support I have gotten from “my” team is exceptional, but anyone I’ve shared stories with says the same, some have different professionals supporting them and some have the same.

After years of unsuccessfully trying to lose weight myself, I had given up trying and convinced myself I was fine with being the size I was. A health scare in 2022 brought into sharp focus that something needed to change. I joined BeyondBMI in November 2022.

The approach at BeyondBMI is like nothing I'd come across before. A multidisciplinary team of experts, all working together to help me.

No judgements. No shaming. No outdated methods. Instead, I was listened to and heard. My chronic health condition - obesity, not "laziness" - was treated medically and I was supported every step of the way. I firmly believe having that team support and multidisciplinary approach is why my treatment has been so successful.

I found the service really easy to use, there's an app for logging weights and keeping track of appointments and prescriptions. No question was ever too small or trivial. Appointments are done by zoom, so no travelling, no waiting rooms, and you choose the time to suit you, so you can fit it in with work and home life. If you're like me and like to connect with others on a similar journey, there's a community forum of members that you can join if you wish for that little extra support from peers.

I'm 32kg down, and maintained steady for eight months and counting. (For reference, 32kg is the weight of a decent sized adult Golden Retriever 🤣) Or put another way, size 20 down to size 12. I highly recommend BeyondBMI.

I joined BeyondBMI almost a year ago and it gave me my life back. With their consistent support and expert guidance, I've managed to shed 25% of my body weight, while still enjoying food and life. I feel more comfortable in my own body and don’t get out of breath doing daily activities, I move completely pain free and can be more self sufficient. I have been able to maintain my weight loss for the first time in my life by using the knowledge given to me from my team which has given me new found confidence and independence. I've had excellent service from Beyondbmi for the last 11months. So far I have lost 5 stone. My blood pressure is now normal and all my PCOS symptoms have subsided. While the medication at times can be difficult to take, the team of doctors, health coaches and dieticians are there to help. I've gained a huge amount of knowledge, and it's the best decision I've made for my overall health. I just wish I could have had this company 25 years ago and life would have been a lot easier. HI,I joined Beyond BMI this time last year and it was one of my best decisions .I have lost over 11 per cent of my body weight and feel much more energetic and capable of exercising at the gym and walking my dogs.I am enjoying socialising and shopping for clothes as I feel more confident in myself. The team at beyond Bmi are so positive, encouraging and always there for you.

My mom signed up for the program after being diagnosed with heart failure. She was carrying too much weight and this was effecting her health. She has been with beyondbmi for over a year lost 20% of her body weight. We can now walk for longer together on holidays and she is healthier than she’s been in years, best off all her heart issues have improved.

Took me months to get appointments and then reported adverse effects from the meidcatoin perscirbed and wasn't followed up with. Tried to cancel memberhsip but they inssit on billing for 4 months. Avoid.
