Lied completely about their product
Lied completely about their product. I asked for a product that could accommodate a $500 pw repayment over 2 years. The salesperson intimated that with the flexible repayment schedule that was possible. After documents signed it became clear that this was just a lie and the debilitating repayments have been a major contributor to the demise of my business.
