Horrendous customer service and delivery guarantee
Product is probably fine, but delivery is a disgrace! I received a text message today that my package would be coming from London. Since I paid for premium delivery and insurance I’d expect it to be handed to myself or my neighbours carefully. Yet it seems as though they have not followed through with my specially insured order an it was dumped behind the bins. You would think that this isn’t so bad, despite the lack of care for placing, until the picture revealed that the product was being held in a bright pink package on bin day. I suspect it was obviously stolen and now that spot is breached for future deliveries. I’ve submitted an email and who got back to me suggests my order doesn’t even exist, saying it’s not on file. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, too stingy to send a replacement. Don’t waste your money.
