I am so grateful that Claire Brownlie at Berlad Graham was recommended to me after an initial false start with Premier Property Lawyers who after 2 weeks still couldn't get my name right or register me on their system. The advice that I have received from Claire has been exceptional, very clear, concise and importantly very trustworthy. She has proved to be very personable and efficient when dealing with the mountain of paperwork that conveyancing generates, whilst still making herself available to her clients should they need information or clarification on any issues that might arise during the sale. She is definitely an asset to Berlad Graham.

Over a few years and two property purchases I would like to thank Claire Brownlie / Gallacher. Such a professional attitude, detail focused and approachable. Smoothing the stresses of property purchase to a pleasurable experience. Setting expectations and keeping promises she is an asset to your company.

Alex Holdsworth from Berlad Graham dealt with both the sale of my old house and purchase of my new house in Cumbria and was extremely knowledgable and helpful at every stage.

The moving process became somewhat protracted due to the slow solicitors from both the buyers and sellers but Alex regularly updated me and when required applied some pressure to keep things moving.

Overall I could not recommend Berlad Graham, and Alex in particular, enough... Superb professional service!

Claire from the Lilyhall branch is simply amazing at what she does and is a prime example of how all conveyancers should be. Communication was always amazing and even when Claire was off someone from the team always responded promptly and always on the same day. Having heard others have horrible experiences with solicitors, our experience has been totally different, our transaction was completed quickly and smoothly on our end and our purchase was held up by other difficult sellers/conveyancers but Claire was amazing throughout and was always chasing the other side despite not even being asked to by ourselves, even though towards the end I was checking in daily asking what was going on. Please use these guys you will not be disappointed!
