I recently bought Bhumi’s Organik Kapok pillows and honestly… I’m obsessed.

They’re so soft but still supportive at the same time-like that perfect balance I didn’t even realise I was missing. I’ve been sleeping so much better, and even my husband noticed the difference straight away.

They feel really breathable and lightweight, but still give that plush, cosy feel. I actually look forward to getting into bed now.

Safe to say I won’t be going back… already thinking about getting another one 😌

When a customer asks you numerous times to stop contacting them you need to respect their wishes. I never gave permission for you to spam me especially on a Sunday evening. I never signed up for you to contact me via sms whenever you feel like it. I do not want to hear from you, I am not interested in your sales or whatever else it is you keep sending to my mobile. I emailed you asking you to remove my details from your database and to stop contacting me but you didn’t do that. After receiving another spam sms tonight (Sunday night) I’ve been left with no choice but to leave this review. You left me no other option. Please respect customer’s wishes and please stop taking advantage of having customer’s contact details when they make a purchase.

My first impression was how they're super soft and comfortable to sleep on. They are quite high, so are perfect if you're a stomach sleeper. I alternate between side and back, so they're a little too high, but otherwise great pillows. Good quality sleep is so important, so these are definitely worth the investment

Will never buy from Bhumi again, they have gone downhill. 4-5 month delays on everything, and that's after trying to get in contact with there non existent "customer service" to continually follow up. Even getting a refund will take months. Beyond ridiculous.. Such a shame because they used to have a good reputation and ethics.

Bhumi experience is always a great reminder to why we should invest in good quality products; they last forever and save you from buying more and more cheaper products which end up in the landfill due to short life, they are ethically sourced, clean fibres and clean process of manufacture.
The customer service is always excellent, friendly and kind and a pleasure to communicate with and the service is fast

Received a pair of leggings that had loose threads. Tried to get a replacement but it took two months and the colour I wanted was no longer in stock. Received another paid of leggings with loose threads again. Very hard to get them to do something about the delays as they said that their returns team are separate to the complaint team so they can’t just approve replacement or store credits

Incredible bedding I have slept so much better since getting the bed sheets and doona cover and they’re so soft and comfy. Great experience overall with the company my order came super quick.

Some products not aceptable as firm pillows horrible, one hand towel is so scratchy, some clothes have complete different faulty size that di not fit as adv and usual sizes, would never bought it if i knew, the others hand towels wonderfull. I recently purchased the Kapok pillows and they've made such a difference to how I feel when I wake up. My neck feels supported and I rest easy knowing there's no nasty synthetic materials in my pillows.

It was so great to find affordable but great quality clothing and bedding that is made from organic cotton. You can tell straight away from the feel of the items that the quality is amazing! I purchased some flared pants and they are so incredibly comfortable like a second skin!

I've been searching for bed sheets that actually live up to the hype, and Bhumi delivered in every way. Signature Sateen sheets. Off white colour. The quality and softness are next level - honestly the best sleep I've had in years. What I love just as much is knowing they're made with sustainability at the core.
