The products are actually good, but the service leaves much to desire. While my previous orders were handled okay, the very last one never came, not even after a month. The worst part was the almost inexisting communication over email: they really became responsive after I have contacted my bank only. Pity, I believed in this brand…

I bought their lip oil, the cap doesn’t fit properly and it destroyed everything in my handbag, it has to be kept upright so you really can’t use it much, A friend had also bought it and she had the exact same problem,so it’s not just my one, would definitely not recommend

I bought the lip oil in August and have to say, its an absolute must have I love it and everything that its marketing says about is not just for marketing its an absolute fact the product is 100 percent as it says. I think if anyone tries it they will agree

The lip oil is a lovely product but unfortunately the packaging is not great. The lid constantly pops off resulting in leakage of the oil constantly and it destroys everything. I'd say I lost half of the oil from my tube which is not great considering the price. Such a shame 😔 It has put me off re- purchasing.

I do love this lip oil. Luxurious, moisturising & great subtle colour but it leaks all over my bag & destroyed everything inside, unfortunately I can't take it out with me . Disappointed as not cheap.

I do like this product & like the colour it gives. It does protect your lips too in the sun & found it great on holidays as just wore it with a lip liner. Unfortunately mine did constantly leak & destroyed a few handbags/makeup bags along the way. I was raging as I was enjoying the product. I only got to use it a handful of times so I never got my monies worth from it. When I was opening the product to use it, a lot of product would constantly seep out. I probably wouldn't purchase it again purely because there was a lot of wastage of product. Again raging over this as I did love it on 💗

Love love LOVE the product itself! But I would say the clip closed cap of the product doesn’t do it for me. Bringing on holiday for example and the top easily comes off and you have product everywhere! I would say this product needs a twist close cap. X

I brought the lip oil on my summer holiday to Greece. It worked perfectly at protecting my lips and also making them super glossy and soft . I absolutely love it and am still using it back home in gloomy Ireland 🤣 x

The lip oil is fabulous, the cork off it is a nightmare please put a proper top on it, if you put it in your bag the top comes off nd the lip oil is everywhere

Fabulous lip oil , doesn’t feel sticky and leave a nice tint on the lips . The added spf makes this great for year round use and taking on holidays . I alway keep it in my bag when in the go.

When I first tried my shade SPF lip oil I was obsessed. So when it was on offer a few weeks after I purchased it I had to buy another one! It smells gorgeous. The shade is so pretty. It’s nourishing and glossy with the added bonus of an SPF aswell. It looks and feels incredible on the lips. It’s my go to when on holidays, lips are protected and look amazing. I even wear it on nights out!

I would recommend the lip oil I use it daily with or without make up, I have bought this product twice now and would buy again. Customer service is great with this company too & fast delivery which is always a bonus!

I Saw Biabelle Beauty products online.I bought the lip plumper what can I say it's so glossy and keeps the lips hydrated it's so natural because your own colour comes up.Its lasts so long.Ive purchased another one I'm obsessed.I also bought their tanning mousse it's great coverage and smells divine lasts for a week.Thank you to the lovely girls and their positives vibes.
