How can I attract owls

To attract owls, the most important things are location and patience. Mount the owl box 10–15 feet high, facing open ground with a clear flight path. Owls prefer quiet areas away from heavy activity, and being near fields, lawns, or areas with rodents can help since that’s their main food source.

It can take a little time for owls to discover a new box, but once they do, they often return year after year. Thanks for helping create habitat for these amazing owls! 🦉

Perfect

Every element of purchasing this bat box was seamlessly done. The actual box is sturdy and well made, and was easy to install. I am now patiently waiting for my flying friends to discover it and make it their home.

Committed to make it right

The bat box shipped without a latch to hold the door closed. It took a couple of tries to get through the chatbot before I was able to address it with a human (I believe) and they confirmed the issue, even offering different refunds or exchanges. I was able to correct the situation and appreciate the commitment to make it right. One more thing, I would appreciate considering adding the option for some type of harness or other hardware to mount the box to a tree. Figuring that out took a couple of days until I found a solution that worked.

Easy Replacement for Shipping Damage

My owl box and bee box both arrived with shipping damage, so I sent a message through the chat. The customer service rep was prompt and made things easy for me to get replacements. The boxes look fantastic (other than the shipping damage), so I'm excited to get the replacements, get them installed, and welcome some new friends to my yard.
