Don’t EVER buy from these guys if possible. I’m still trying to get my refund from a return that both party agreed to 3 months now! Not only did they not admit to not properly checking their stock in the warehouse when the returned product has actually arrived, they also did not take responsibility for their mistake and was not proactive in helping out their customer in any way. On top of that they blamed the courier guys and i never once received an apology. Long story short i had to contact the tribunal and send big bedding a formal letter of complaint. They then agreed to refund me. Here’s the cherry on top. 3 weeks later now they have fully ghosted me and i still have not received my refund. Worst company and customer service i’ve ever dealt with period.

Item has been paid for but has not progressed past label creation in 2 weeks.
Contacted you by email after a week to ask what was happening with my order due to it not even being sent.
Responded quickly to my email, that you would follow up and now no further response after another week.
Pretty disappointed and won't purchase from you again.
I order another quilt cover at the same time and it arrived with 3 days.

delivery guy was very polite, helpful and accomodating. The head office must have been affected by mercury retrograde, because of a communication misshap, but they were helpful once i chased them up about the tracking number not working.

I was disappointed with the delivery process. The products arrived through different couriers at various times, which made coordination difficult. Australia Post, in particular, struggled to deliver to my apartment and even asked me to collect a sofa from the nearest post office completely unreasonable for such a large item.
