dumpster not delivered as promised had hired two workers for the day .then had to call for three days and send email to get it picked up NEVER AGAIN!!! truly not worth the 480.00 i spent!

Sunday dumpster
Everyone I interacted with at Big Dumpsters was very nice and helpful what a wonderful group of people to work with. We needed our dumpster and they delivered it on Sunday for us. FANTASTIC. We will definitely rent from them again if we need a dumpster.

If there are any prohibited items (i.e. - tires, paints, flammables, hazardous materials) or overweights with your dumpster a chargeback would occur, however you would be notified prior to any additional charges.

Fast professional and reccomended the right size dumpster
I called around to a few places to get pricing for a 30 yard dumpster and two of the three places didn't even answer the phone. I called Big Dumpster and the guy I spoke with asked me what I was using the dumpster for. I told him I was cleaning out my garage. He told me I only needed a 20 yard dumpster. When i finished, everything fit perfectly in the bin. I called back and they it picked up right away. I'm not sure when I'll need a dumpster again, but I would recommend them.
