Broken handles not replaced.
When you phone up to ask about two the replacement of the broken draw handles for the which are from the bedroom chest of drawers I ordered from them and all I got was lied they said we are sending them has we speak two weeks later NO handles.I phoned again still no handles , I don't recommend this company to any one.

Plastic covers are a pain in the bum
The dining chairs we ordered are great - the only thing that stopped us giving you 5 stars was fitting plastic covers to the seats of the chairs then screwing the seat covers to the chair frames making it so difficult to remove the plastic!!! We had to resort to a small pair of nail scissors to cut away as much of the plastic as possible.

I purchased a set of 3 coffee tables…
I purchased a set of 3 coffee tables from your third party retailer Manomano. The tables are faulty, I have attempted to return these to you over the last 5 weeks via Yodel who have failed to turn up. Have you actually issued a return label to yodel. Under the consumer act I am entitled to a refund after receiving faulty goods. Please rectify this please as you seem to be ignoring my requests.
