I ordered from big Jeff the first order…
I ordered from big Jeff the first order never showed up the second order they didn't send me everything I ordered and sent back. The third order from my original order they made me pay for shipping and didn't even get half my order. I ordered two amps 10 foot of power wire and 20 foot of speaker wire. I literally only got one amp and they said everything was delivered. This place has messed my order up twice and I've been waiting on stuff for two months.

Ordered something that was in stocks…
Ordered something that was in stocks and wasn't in stocks was told that they don't check till after they take your money and print shipping label then go check if it's in stocks so they basically don't do inventory so I will never do business with them again

the sound quality is very poor
the sound quality is very poor. buzzing sounds, super quiet. it shouldn't have such degradation at 15ft - these rca cords can easily get to 50ft without these issues.

They protect thieves not customers... Facts!!
The company was informed of a wrong delivery location and then notified them that someone with my identity came to an unknown location and picked it up and won't give me any more info and I'm just SOL on my purchase I'm disabled and eagle scout have a wife and 3 kids I been in hospital saying bye to my grsnd mother then 2 days later my grand father and now my dad's on hospice I have been no where but the hospital and can prove it but this company won't make it right SHADY as it gets in my book
