Use Gemini for free and spare yourself the rude customer service
It’s just Google’s Nanobanana model (as the copious error messages will tell you), which you can run yourself using Gemini for free. There's very little value-add given the outrageous price. (It's faster to write your own prompt rather than using their presets.) On top of that: super defensive, unprofessional customer service. They blamed me for “bad luck” and for insisting on using my own “complicated” necklace (no kidding users will insist on generations for their own jewellery!) and said I should have written after three bad generations like “most people” even though we were literally conversing via email during this time. Any feedback you give them, even if solicited, is met with blame and claims that their output is “flawless” and that everyone else is a scammer (interesting how top of mind "scammer" is in their minds).
