Best dealer for international biking gears brands
Had an amazing experience.was looking for a nice riding boots and a European certifited helmet. Got best deal for Alpinestarts boots and Shark Ridill 2 helmet. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks but it's wort a wait. Customer service too is very good, they understand your requirement if any doubts in size and fit. Poor customer service
The customer service is very poor. The person named Akash doesn't know the way to speak to a customer. The only thing he knows is to argue. He takes everything offensive. I only tried to clarify few things about the product i purchased "Cardo packtalk edge " the device had dust on it. I told that the product looks like used because it has dust on it. I have never seen a brand new device that has dust on it. When asked Mr Akash about the same he treated me like an illiterate and mentioned they sell Cardo intercom like water and have never heard someone telling that they got used product. If there was a misunderstanding, least this guy could do is explain it instead of being offensive

A full 5 stars to Akash for his promptness and assistance throughout. It is evident that he enjoys what he does and that makes all the difference for a customer who may be reluctant initially.
