Super reliable and excellent customer service
I ordered a biltwell gringo sv from bike gear. These guys are really really good at their job. Akash is probably the most sincere person in this business that I have come across. He was patient and answered all my questions. Helped me with sizing and assured me my product would be delivered and everything would be fine. They followed up with the final delivery company and I didn’t really have to do a thing. Their range of products is super wide and can pretty much get you anything you need.

I recently bought the Yoshimura MT-2 slip on for my street triple from Bikegear.in. I was initially looking for the scorpion exhaust and was pretty much convinced for it. I dropped a message to Akash who’s number was mentioned on the site. He was very patient with my queries and helped me with his insights in finalising the this exhaust and I am happy that I chose Yoshi.!
I had a lot of questions and queries and Akash promptly replied.. sometimes even at odd hours.! We discussed about various brands and sound outputs etc and he has good knowledge about stuff!
The ordering process was pretty smooth and the exhaust got delivered in just two weeks time which was amazing.!
Will surely order again!!

Icon Airform Helmet- Sad Quality!!
While the team is very forthcoming and pleasant but in case something goes wrong they are equally quick to wash their hands off. Further bought icon helmet basis advisory the quality is bad. Expected better support anyways this is first purchase but still should be better to my mind.
The prompt reply again shows they just mean understanding in words. Customer service goes much beyond than that. Anyways will give them another chance in near future. But as of now they are only defensive. My rating of 1 star still stands.

As per the records, the order for the helmet was placed by you on May 31, 2024, with a standard dispatch time of 3-4 weeks. The helmet was selected by you, and we simply quoted for it and sourced it accordingly.
As per your request on June 14, 2024 to prioritise the delivery we did our best efforts and was able to deliver the Cardo system on June 19, 2024 and helmet on June 22, 2024 respectively. This was 1 week before the dispatch time committed to you.
As you expressed dissatisfaction with the helmet's quality and suggested that we recommended it whereas the helmet was chosen by you which is nowhere inferior interms of quality. Excellent service and prompt delivery
I've done business with BikeGear.in in the past and I knew they can get the part that you need. I was pleasantly surprised to note that they now indicate the landed cost of the item in their website (including shipping & customs). This landed cost compared very well if one were to order it themselves via an online store. I received the item as promised, with the original packaging and it felt like as I had walked into the store to get it myself personally. Akash, the point of contact, kept me updated with regards to the arrival date and also provided the local courier tracking number after the item landed here. At no point did I feel lost with regards to the whereabouts of my item.
If you are in India and looking for riding gear or motorcycle parts, I would highly recommend BikeGear.in for all your needs. They can get it to your doorstep for a reasonable fee and the convenience is completely worth it.

Awesome experience
I recently bought an Icon Airflite helmet from Bikegear.in. The website itself is very easy to navigate and very informative. As they had their customer support number given in the website, I dropped a message to Akash. I bought an Icon Airflite a few years…
I bought an Icon Airflite a few years back and few weeks ago, ordered the Icon Alcan WP boots. Akash responds instantly for all queries which gives so much confidence. He even provided additional help when I reached out to him. The products are genuine and received within the timeframe. Will be returning back for my next purchase of accessories too. Some feedback (nitpicking to be honest) - packaging can add additional layers of bubble wrap and foam etc to double ensure no transit damage.
