I have been doing business with Bimble for years. They are always approachable, reacting with lightning speed to all queries. It almost feels like family, dealing with Bimble.

What a wonderful company to order from an deal with. Customer service has been top knotch on every order I've made. They respond to queries and price quotes extremely quickly an items are delivered fast. Special mention to Emma whom I personally contact for any queries, she is fabulous and gives me reassurance there is still a thing called customer care. Easy to purchase online and very quick delivery. Delivery driver called and asked where we wanted the pallet etc and delivered it right to the back door. Made it easier for us as the batteries are heavy to transport. Great company to deal with. Many thanks

Thought i should at last write this review. I have used Bimble for all my solar set up ( Victron paired with Fogstar ) Their patience has been infinite from putting the package together, to expanding my system years later ,Every time without fail they have helped advice and product ,even remembering items i had previously and pointing out i didn't need this to upgrade, Yes do your research, but end up back here ,they are just the best !!

We didn't think we were going to get a part ordered in time due to the lateness of us putting through the order. The staff at Bimble Solar were amazing, I appreciated their help and professionalism throughout. I bought a small solar panel. The description stated it needed 6mm cables, which I duly bought elsewhere. By their own admission the details were wrong as they told me they'd updated the page. But would they compensate me for the cables I'd bought on their recommendation? No. No responsibility taken whatsoever for their mistake which left me out of pocket.

Very happy to take my money. Couldn't care less to easily resolve a problem of their making.

So if you buy, read the description well, but if it turns out to be incorrect then, judging by my experience, tough luck. I won't be using them again though.
