- Products were delivered a week earlier than promised
- Free shipping on orders over AED 200
Needs improvement:
- Prices for the products are not visible on the main screen anymore
- Website needs improvement and is unresponsive sometimes
Over all excellent service. I would definitely order again.

First time ordering in the Middle East…
First time ordering in the Middle East and Binge.ae was FANTASTIC! Excellent and professional customer service, my address was originally wrong (my fault) and within 15 minutes they answered my concern and it was corrected. My order was delivered right to my door, in excellent packaging, a week EARLY and in Bahrain! So very happy with my Binge.ae experience. These guys are great!!!

The product was delivered on time. However, Customer support by e-mail wasn’t helpful. The invoice printed was with Country Abu Dhabi instead of Kuwait Creating confusion in delivery address. No satisfactorily reply was given when inquired thru mail. However, the consignment delivery was on correct address.
Overall good experience & looking forward for future purchases.
