Quick and easy to sign up
The website is very to navigate. It was easy to book and choose the payment method. The cost is very affordable. I can't talk about the service yet since it hasn't started yet.

My bin collection for cleaning was not collected or done. They offer free 1 month but still no cleaning has been done. I will opt out before end of this month.don’t commit

Sorry, but I think there may be some confusion. Our records show that no cleans have been missed at your address.
Your account was activated on 3 June and you are scheduled to receive your first general waste bin clean on 25 June (and then every 4 weeks after). We also have your first two recycling bin cleans booked for June and July, so no scheduled cleans have been missed.
As you've already made up your mind and chosen to post a negative review before receiving any service, and have also stated that you do not intend to remain with us beyond the first month, we'd be happy to close your account if that is what you want? Just let us know, and we'll arrange this for you (We'd prefer to keep you onboard).

First time using Binkil and can’t fault them. Received a text to say when my bin was going to be cleaned & received a text afterwards to let me know it had been cleaned. Fab service. Reasonable prices. I no longer have a stinky bin ☺️

The gentleman that came out was pleasant, very efficient and respectful of our property. He did a fantastic and thorough job of two bins that had not been cleaned for quite a while and left them smelling very fresh.
