I’ve just tried the Vanilla Kefir…
I’ve just tried the Vanilla Kefir yogurt & it’s delicious! I’ve also purchased the granola & the small grab & go pots will be perfect to combine both at work!
I’ve had some stomach issues recently so it’s great to find something that is delicious & kind to my gut!

The best kefir 😍
I really love Bio&Me kefir, and highly recommend it.
I have been drinking kefir for over 5 years, and this one is definitely my favourite, as it is not too sweet, tastes great, and the flavours are lovely.
I can feel the benefit of it too, and that is why it has been part of my diet for many years.

Great products for my kids who enjoy something sweet. I love that it is natural sugars, high in fibre and good for their gut, all while making them feel like they’re having a treat.

Granola that gives variety!
Lots of variety in my local store, I chose the granola super seeds and nutty which I have with yogurt, added to banana bread, sprinkle on ice cream, add into smoothies!

I love Bio and Me Kefir yoghurt. I am literally hooked to it. It's not very sweet and has no preservatives. Just natural products. Honestly, great for snacking option.

I have always had such bad heartburn, switched the morning coffee for Bio&Me kefir drink, and really noticing the difference!! Would recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I absolutely loved Bio & Me Mango Kefir - it is so handy to keep in the fridge as a go-to snack after work, and knowing it is full of goodness gives peace of mind. I loved how clear the packaging was, and that it explains all the benefits too. I'll defiantly go be getting more!

Bio and Me yoghurt
Bio and Me yoghurt makes my stomach feel full but also clean and non bloated. I use it now every day for my yoghourt bowls in the mornings making me feel ready for the day. It’s also a great price for the amount you get!

I’ve been loving this Bio & Me porridge lately
It’s so easy for busy mornings, tastes genuinely good, and I love that it’s made with seeds and no added sugar. It keeps me full without feeling heavy, and it’s such a comforting way to start the day.
Perfect for slow mornings and rushed ones. Definitely a new staple in my routine.

Gut Friendly Treat!
I bought the Chocolate Oat bar and shared them out with my friends! A really great guy friendly snack for energy and at a great price!
