I used 4 containers and the musty smell in my basement is completely gone.

The ordering process was quick and easy. The item arrived shortly after ordering, worked awesome, took out cigarette smell from full size 4 door truck. Well took it out about 90% but with their guarantee I will be another tub. The smell was all in the dash and couldn't get it cleaned enough and was bad on hot days. This really surprised me and can't wait to get another treatment done and finally be finished with it.

the product works however I forgot to hit apply button for my stayhome30 discount Leslie said she would take care of it but did not that's my only complaint

This shocker product is good and best for smelly cars and it was the only thing to remove smoke odors in my house. Bit pricey but works.

My order still hasn't shipped....its been waiting to ship out for almost a week per the tracking number. Customer service still hasn't responded to my inquiry yet

Tha product I received didn't seem to be worth the price. Could have gone to Lowes or Amazon and paid less

This product is amazing. I had left the windows down in my (full size) truck last summer during a rain storm and, although we thought we had dried it pretty well, it developed a musty/moldy sorta smell. I activated the packet Friday night and left it in the truck for about 18 hours. I was hesitant to open the door to ventilate the truck the next day because the packet was so strong upon activating but, to my surprise, it wasn't bad. We left it air out for about an hour and it still had the chlorine cleaner type smell, but was tolerable to drive. Fast forward to Sunday evening and the truck is completely odor free!!! 100% recommend giving this a try if your vehicle stinks!

Easy to use and works great in my car…I’m a smoker and after using this no one would ever notice!!!

I ordered the product on a Wednesday and received am email that same day that is was shipped. I paid for 2-day shipping but didn't receive the product until the following Tuesday. That's six days, not two.

Should provide shipping date estimate before checkout.

Never so glad to smell nothing after treatment. Just a whiff of chlorine that soon dissipated. Beats the heck out of six years of dog owned by the previous owner

Something included in the usage instructions included with the product was that it would be ineffective if used when the temperature was under 50 degrees fahrenheit. This was not included in the usage instructions on the web site, or anywhere else which discussed the use of the product prior to me purchasing it. It was winter when we bought the car we needed to get the smell out of, and while we had a fairly warm day, it was only above 50 for about 5 or 6 hours, and so the product did not work at all. I am willing to believe that it was because we used it outside of the parameters it was designed for, but the company ought to ensure that this is mentioned on the web site which they buying public would use to consider whether to purchase or not.

This stuff really works!!.... used it in my truck. Would definitely purchase again.

I have used two of the Room Shockers and they have had little to no impact on the problem.

To be fair I will use the Liquid Shocker under my house in the crawl space with a sprayer & then apply two more of the Room Shocker canisters/treatments and give your company my final verdict/rating.

I still have hope that your product will work against the skunk spay incident. I will let you know.

I am running out of options, so I sincerely hope your product comes through!

I did everything according to the instructions and could'nt tell any difference as far as the smoke smell in my RV,,the packaging got thrown away so i can;t send it back for a refund
