DX Delivery worst delivery experience ever
DX Delivery left my huge order over £100 on the front door on the main road on the hottest day 35 degrees to cook in the heat in plastic bottles He rang the door and ran off driving like a maniac. I am appalled at the delivery service and it has ruined their star rating. I am get.to wrote reviews about the products as and when u use them. Using cheap rubbish delivery companies will = poor service. I have never had this DREADFUL delivery service from DHL or Royal Mail. Im so annoyed. I actually sent a copy of my order to my neice ans tomd her to order the same toxic free products. No I have told her if this dreadful service. Why did you delivery it on the wrong day? why did you leave a large box with my name addreas in it at the front door! when I asked for the following day delivery??? There is NO EXCUSE. My products were very hot in plastic bottle clearly bleached plastic and toxicity. So what was the point of buying them??? I watched all this on Ring camera and multiple.security cameras. He made.no effort to call.me or find a safe place. So who is at fault here? Bio-D for ignoring my request ? because I have a photo of my confirmed change. Or was it DX Delivery? Sort it out.
I appreciate Bio-D calling me to resolve the issue. Used their product before and was happy. I cannot yet comment on this larger products order. When I receive and use them, I will review.

Bio-D is an excellent company, with great products. I have been using Bio-D laundry liquid for 35 years and still find it the best product. I have tried other products a few times - but nothing compares to Bio-D. I am extremely sensitive and this is the only laundry liquid that doesn't affect me. I have recommended it many times. I am really glad to find unscented body wash and hand wash.
