Order hasn’t been arranged for shipment after a week
I placed an order on 18/9 and until 25/9, I still haven’t heard anything about it. I tracked the order and found that it isn’t even arranged for shipping yet. Tried to contact them but couldn’t hear anything from them. Feel so frustrated.
Add-on information: received the order on 29/9 noon but there was no response from the company. I have checked my spam mailbox so I absolutely didn’t receive any email from them. The tracking had shown preparing for shipment until 29/9 morning. They left the machine outside and my neighbour brought it to me. Only at that time, the tracking changed to delivered.
I have the reasonable reason to feel frustrated when my order kept showing waiting for shipment for 11 days. This is not about I receive the good in the expecting delivery time or not. This is about customer service.
P/s: the machine is good to use, but I’m still worried about buying any other items from this website because I don’t know how to contact with them when things are going wrong.
