Initially, they were great. Now no responses, I paid too much my last order and they tried to bs me, even though their price book said something different. I would avoid.

BEWARE
UPDATE: Full refund was issued 2 months later, at the end of May.
BEWARE: SBB can no longer be trusted. Scott Johns no longer works there and the company has taken hundreds of dollars in payment for product they never delivered and refuse to refund. BEWARE. Some new person is using the same name and contact info as Scott Johns but it is not him. Having done business with them for over a year, imagine my surprise when I PAID for product AT THE END OF MARCH, never received it or a refund.
