Biotique products online purchase cheating

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding my recent online order for 6 pieces of face wash, out of which I received only 5 pieces. 1 piece of Glow Tonic Pure Vitamin E Gentle Face Wash 150ml is missing from my order.

I have tried to contact your company regarding this issue, but unfortunately, the email address provided by your company is not working and my emails are being returned. The contact number is also not working.

This is extremely concerning. Since I have already made the payment and have not received the complete order, and now I am unable to contact your company through the available communication channels, I am beginning to have serious concerns about the genuineness and reliability of this company.

I request you to immediately:

1. Arrange delivery of the missing 1 piece.
2. Provide a working customer-care/contact number.
3. Provide a valid and working email address for customer complaints.
4. Clarify why the contact details provided on your website are not functioning.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may have to consider raising a complaint with the payment provider, consumer authorities, and other appropriate platforms regarding the transaction.

I hope this is simply a dispatch or communication error and that you will resolve the matter immediately.

I have yet to use the product but review is regarding dishonesty of the sales person. I bought 13 different products from New Delhi international airport outlet on 16th feburary. Sales person packed everything for me and I did not count number at that time trusting the person. But when I reached home in USA I opened the package 2 things were missing. Hair oil and lipstick I am so disappointed

Do not buy from their website !!!!! BEWARE!!! Seems like a scam. The phone for costumer service Doesn’t work, they took the mi eh from my bank and never shipped the products. They sent me emails about not having a certain product and me having to choose another one which I did but still they never shipped. When I told them what what’s goin on and to return my money they replied saying they will give me store credit!!! How can’t i even use it if they don’t ship the products. I ordered over a month ago and nothing.... BE CAREFUL
