Never made any money, on nebula student Sheffield. Cant even sell it for £25000. And they tried to sell holiday home Devon. Build didn’t go ahead. Had wait4/5 years for my deposit back. Which came back in drips and drabs, so stressful. Unfortunately I would never use them again
