Really cute polos. Quality looks good .

I still don’t have my shirt. It says a shipping label was created but never left your facility. Very disappointing.

I ordered a shirt for my husband in the size 2xl. When we received it, we realized we should've ordered the next size up. Originally, we were bummed because the quality of the shirt is great. I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised at their prompt reply stating a new shirt was on its way and that we could keep the original shirt. The new shirt fits perfectly! If I could give Birdiepolos and their top notch customer service 10 stars, I would!

Customer service was excellent. I made a mistake with my ordering and they easily fixed the problem with no hassle for me.

The have quick response and great customer service. I ordered a medium shirt which was too small. I let them knkw and they are working to send me a bigger size. The quality of the shirt is great, the picture is clear. Highly recommend them.

What a fantastic product and amazing customer service experience! When one of the polos ordered didn’t fit my very tall husband, I reached out to them for an exchange and it couldn’t have been faster or easier! Great quality material too and super cute! Will order from them again!

The polos did not work out. Poor quality and sizing. They will not issue a full refund. First, they said it was past the 30-day return policy. It took 21 days to receive the order. In my first email I told them I wanted to return for a full refund and it was send 1 day before the 30 days. They required I send 3 photos of each of the 4 shirts. Then they offered to send different sizes and keep the ones I had. I said NO. 12 emails later... they are offering a 30% refund. I was told they have a 30-day resolution policy and they made sure to take forever on this issue. DO NOT ORDER for Birdiepolos.com unless you are willing to throw money away if you don't like them. Shipped from China. The company website location is Anaheim, CA.
EDITED: After the posting of this review, the company send me an email offering a 50% refund, if I removed the review. I stand firm on my review, therefore I am out $150.

BirdiePolos is a great company that stands behind its products and provides outstanding customer service. I bought a beautiful beagle polo, but I got the wrong size for myself. Instead of making me send the shirt back, they’re simply sending me another size. They were so responsive and provided the best customer service. Their level of service is simply unheard of these days. They have a great product and provide exceptional customer service. I love BirdiePolos!

I love the patterns and the sharpness of the figures (I ordered the flamingo and cat caddie). The shirts were too small so I contacted customer support. They respond quickly and were very happy to exchange the shirts for a larger size. Quality of fabric is nice as well.

I made an error on my order. I inadvertently ordered 2 of 3 shirts as smalls instead of XL. Birdiepolos resent me the correct shirts. What a great experience. And on top of it, I love the print on the shirts. Great prices, great product, great experience.

The shirt got to me promptly. It was great quality and looked great, unfortunately it was too small. Customer service was great. They got back to me quickly and helped to get me the right size. Class act. Would recomend
