I have two gorgeous items from your range. A sunny yellow Dutch Oven and a beautiful blue frying pan. They are high quality, retain heat well and are a pleasure to use

I purchased a Dutch Oven, and a Fry pan but the outside coating of the Fry Pan flaked about an inch long. After taking a photo and sending it to Biroix to ask if it would still be alright to continue to use the pan, they kindly offered to send me a replacement, which I received in the mail.

I was looking for a nice cast iron frying pan/skillet and found the Biroix website with reasonable prices for beautiful products, so I purchased an orange pan that was on sale. The process was easy and requested the package to be mailed to me. The package arrived quickly and upon opening it, I found awesome packaging and a beautiful pan, we are so impressed with the quality of the product and the service received. Thank you Biroix.

The pot and pan look beautiful. Very bright vibrant colours. Since I hadn't used cast iron before, I read up about how to use them and also contacted customer service for advice. Despite following the instructions *pre-heat, * use sufficient fat etc. everything we cook in the pan sticks. I don't want to use it anymore. We also cooked pasta in the pot and I it all stuck to the bottom despite using sufficient water. I am so disappointed with this purchase.

Update: Biroix has kindly issued a refund. Perhaps there was something not quite right with "my" batch of cookware.

Brought the 2 piece set ….2 weeks later brought another 2 in different colours !

I only used it to bake Artisan breads several times a week, enjoy using it so far. The only inconvenience is have to dry it with a kitchen towel every time after washing it.

Biroix certainly stands by its product. I contacted Rachel after noticing small unexplained flaws in the enamel coating. She responded instantly and after seeing the photos immediately offered a replacement which I received a few days later. No debate , no delays. Thank you Rachel.

I ordered the yellow Dutch oven. It arrived promptly and it was the best packaged item I’ve ever received via an online order. Well done!! I’ve used the saucepan several times, and it cooks beautifully. Just as I hoped it would. Love that it’s a NZ company and NZ made product. I tell all my friends and family how good you and your product is.

Bought the yellow and absolutely love it. Perfect size, makes me smile while using it. Use it 2-3 times a week.
The only minus star, is that the metal handle gets hot so an oven glove is needed.
Great customer service as well, I had missed the cut off for a super deal but they gave it to me, refunding me. Highly recommend the product, customer service and company.
