Bought a pack of six zips to replace a broken one on jacket. None of them worked. Cheap plastic rubbish and the advertising is a lie, I was told by the company that I had to return them undamaged to china if I wanted a refund! And they said they won’t cover the postage cost either, if I’d known about these zips selling for £2.99 on eBay rather than £6.99 from this criminal company then I’d have been ripped off at a lower cost than paying over £12 on BiscuiCON

I ordered a brown Highland cow for my grandson who is in hospital, this was a month ago, reading the experience of other customers I wish I had never seen this advert what a load of rot, a right bunch of scammers feeding off the vulnerable

I ordered what I thought was a lovely highland cow that was sitting up
What turned up was a toy with roses round it's head...a really inferior product

Never delivered. total scam. Lucky it was only £10 worth so put it down to experience.

Scam company, I bought a stun gun for £35 they sent a bbq lighter instead, I went through PayPal to get a refund, and I have to send the item back to china first at my cost to get issued a refund . It costs more to send it back than the item is worth. This company sends a cheap item instead, knowing you aren't going to send it back to china

This company are shady from the get-go. I made the huge mistake of ordering two Highland Cow soft toys from them via a Facebook post they had made which suggested they were either a European or US seller and how they were ' sadly closing their small business and offering discounts'. Their website suggests the same. They charged me a specific amount, but when I came to check my Paypal account they had charged me more as they added VAT. That amounts to theft. The company name was also a Chinese name, so my heart sank. I reported them to Paypal and was thankfully refunded for the extra charge. It has now been a total of 13 days and the tracking today states that the item has only just been shipped to the UK. This is beyond snail mail. This is a farce. Do not ever, ever order from this company. They are at best sneaky, at worst scamming thieves.

Ordered over a month ago, it has still not arrived. I asked for a refund several times as I had to buy elsewhere and was told several times to be patient. I would definitely avoid in future. So far I’m waiting nearly 6 weeks!

Hi I tried to buy a screen clean and if you bought two you got a third one free. They asked £6:99 each. After paying on PayPal they added insurance, tax and shipping which bought it up to £21+ and never mentioned the one free so I had to cancel. They need to make there transactions clearer. Be aware of the hidden costs.

I was hesitant about this sweater, only because I wasn’t sure about the puffy sleeves. Glad I got it, because I love it! So cute and soft, and great quality! I can dress it up for work, or down with jeans. Great sweater!
