It was very good experience with my hotel and transportation (Land package).Sister Fatima is great and very helpful. She has a knowledge about hotel distance and traveling time.
All drivers who pick us up from hotel and Airport were on time. They were coordinated by Faruk bhai (in Saudi Arabia).Sister Fatima communicates with me and replies all my questions very Fast and professionally , even she was in touch with us during my trip.

We were planning to go to Umrah but with the escalation of violence we end up not traveling. I was a little apprehensive at first but after dealing with my agent, Rawal Abbas, he put my mind at ease. He over communicated with me to the point where I felt very comfortable and delivered upon everything he said. From the transportation to the Umrah guide everything was exactly as he described. The driver and the guide were both exceptional throughout the entire way and not only did they make us comfortable but ensured that we knew exactly what was going on. The hotels were much nicer than I expected and felt like we received first class treatment the entire time.
