Poor Service
Shocking delivery service, ordered pods for my drag x vape to my student accommodation in Liverpool. Meant to come today and I got an email saying it came but was taken back because there was no one there to sign it. I didn’t get an email or a call to say it was down there in the first place. Not only that there was a link on the email to give a new address, which ain’t going to change but the link given on the email is down so I can’t do anything. I would like a refund or the parcel to come as soon as possible.

Me and my husband are always ordering of line or going in to their shop. The staff are really friendly and when ordering of line it arrives quickly. They are not too over priced. I recommend bit and pieces vape to anyone.

Products not delivered and when I requested a refund was told I will have to wait until the 21st December which is nearly a month. The customer service manager was extremely rude. Dreadful service no products and rude staff would definitely not recommend this company. Still no refund issued. I chose and paid for the 24 hr Royal Mail delivery

NOT A SMOKER
I personally do not smoke or use Vapes. I buy these on behalf of my husband who when in the house will use a grape ice YOLO vape. He was introduced to these by my daughter. Much better for my health than disgusting 4,000+ chemical cigarettes.
However, he prefers the old shape. The new shape YOLO makes him cough.
