UPDATED REVIEW — GOOD THING IT WAS ONLY A TEST. IF THIS HAD BEEN A REAL WITHDRAWAL, IT WOULD’VE BEEN A TRAGIC COMEDY.
I made three deposits, all processed instantly. When they’re taking your money, everything works flawlessly. The moment you request a withdrawal, the mask falls off.
I requested 89 USDC on ERC‑20, not because I cared about the amount, but because I wanted to test their withdrawal times on a simple 40‑USDC deposit. A test. A technical check. Nothing more.
And thank goodness it was only a test.
Their response? A ghost TXID, completely empty: no USDC, no ETH, no sender, no recipient, no transfer of any kind. A bot‑generated transaction recycled as “completed payment.” A joke — and not even a
clever one.
When I pointed out that the TXID had absolutely nothing to do with me, they went even further: they told me my account doesn’t exist, despite
the fact that I had self‑excluded from that very account just hours earlier. They deny things that are literally recorded in their own system. Calling this unprofessional would be generous.
And this is not about 89 USDC. This is about how they treat a user the moment you stop depositing and start asking questions. This is about a support team that, instead of resolving issues, chooses to deny,
confuse, contradict, erase, and hope you give up.
And here’s the real question anyone should ask: if they invent a TXID and deny the existence of an account over a simple 89‑USDC test, what happens if you ever win 2,000 or 30,000 USDC?
The problem isn’t the amount. The problem is the total absence of transparency, reliability, and respect.
My negative rating stands. Anyone reading this should think very carefully about how requests are handled once you’re no longerdepositing money.
When I asked to verify the transaction, they responded rudely, saying my account didn't exist on the site, and with a tone of arrogance and annoyance. I'm attaching it, maybe someone else can understand it better:
