Refused to continue providing the service!!?!
I have been using their VPS servers for a couple of months and was going to Add funds to my balance and the system did nothing by clicking on the Add Funds. I contacted the support chat and they through me the message below in no time:
Hello.
Unfortunately, this means that due to circumstances beyond our control, our payment provider is no longer able to offer their services to you. As a result, we are regrettably unable to continue providing our services to you at this time. We understand that this may come as an inconvenience and we apologize for any disruption it may cause.
Despite this setback, we want to assure you that you can still utilize the existing servers you have until the remaining credit on your account expires. This will allow you to make the most of the resources you have already acquired during your time with us. We recommend monitoring your credit balance closely to ensure you can effectively plan your usage until the expiration date.
We genuinely appreciate your past support and the trust you have placed in us. Thank you for your understanding.
This is not acceptable as my VPS is running and my services rely on that.

The server was deleted at the time of…
The server was deleted at the time of replenishment of the balance. As you understand, the balance was only -0.92$.
If the balance is negative, the server stops, I pay the balance, and the server has already been deleted without the possibility of recovery. I write to support with a request to restore, to which they say there is no way. I ask you to return the payment, since I no longer plan to use their services, to which they answer that the payment on their part is final and non-refundable. Thus, I lost money on setting up the server, paying for the hours of work of a specialist, lost the server at the time of payment, and also lost the last payment.
The experience is terrible. I do not recommend, they do not think about the client, they are only interested in your payments, which they do not return, amazing company!!!

SCAMMERS - Stay Away
BitLaunch couldn't protected my project from DDOS and refused to refund my account balance.
Don't trust your project to BitLaunch, they're a disgrace to the crypto community, it's because of companies like this that users are afraid to pay with crypto.
