Infelizmente, assim que depositei meus fundos, a situação piorou. O saldo da minha conta começou a diminuir rapidamente, apesar das promessas de lucros significativos da Bituzer. Quando tentei sacar os fundos restantes, o suporte ao cliente me recebeu com constantes atrasos e desculpas. Logo ficou evidente que a Bituzer.com não tinha intenção de me permitir acessar meu dinheiro.

I too have been SCAMMED by these criminals! Now I am wondering if the so-called "Michael Saylor channel" on Telegram that got me to sign up for crypto PUMPS is the real Michael Saylor or they are using his name to trap victims like me. I lost over $9,000 of my hard earned money to these miscreants under the guise of Anti-Money Laundering AML verification!! A portion of that was the last of what remained of my declining stock portfolio. How can people be so cold and heartless? Just know that "...Whatsoever seed a man soweth, that shall he also reap" (Galatians 6:7)

Bituzer is a scam! Do not use them! You will never get your money back if you send it to them. I requested a withdrawal 19 days ago and they never sent the withdrawal. It stayed in the "In Processing" status for all 19 days. I sent more than 30 messages requesting my funds to their Customer Support chat. They never responded. Today is day number 19. I sent them another message requesting a response. Several hours later, they deleted all of my chat messages and banned my account. I can't log in and they kept over $1100 I had in the account. FTC and FBI have been notified. I would encourage anyone who has been refused a withdrawal from them to contact authorities. Scammers like bituzer need to be shut down and prosecuted!!

Luckily I kept screenshots of every interaction @EmilyRoland, of all the Pumps I participated in, and of every 'Support' chat on BitUzer.com (they're out of Panama City, Panama) BEFORE they wiped my messages on Telegram and chats on the exchange CLEAN.
'Emily Roland' Michael Saylor of #Microstrategy's admin on TELEGRAM was so sweet and encouraging.

I have all her convincing tactics she used on me to get me to sign up.

These people are 100% scammers and I should have listened to my family, friends, and business partners.

These people sold their souls and they love taking every penny you are trusting enough to give them.

Getting an odd message when I try to use the Support Chat and none of my messages are going through since an hour or so ago. I love the site and am ready to withdraw. I am Level 2 verified for HIGH risk insurance compliant user. Also have not had Support Chat respond back to me for just over 24 hours when the chat was working perfectly fine. Can someone from Bituzer please help me fix the chat issue?
REVISED: 100% COMPLETE SCAM!

I recently took part in a trade on bituzer. The trade was very successful, but subsequently when trying to withdraw some of the balance out of the Bituzer wallet I am unable to do so.

I am informed that I need to pay a trading balance insurance as my balance is above a certain amount and unless I do so, with a further crypto transfer of over $14k i cannot withdraw any funds.

I have asked if I can do a bank transfer into the Bituzer company account but I am told no, it must be a crypto transfer. Which to me makes no sense. If this was the case I could simply transfer from my Bituzer wallet the insurance amount to a Bituzer company wallet.

I am starting to come to the realisation that I have been scammed for a lot of money.

I have asked for a company address or company telephone number, none of which are forthcoming.

I haven’t received any of my withdrawal I have emailed no reply I’ve been waiting 3 days for my withdrawal to go back into my crypto account but nothing no reply no help from customer service honestly I just would like a reply to find out how long the 1st withdrawal usually takes would love to continue to use the app if it’s safe and I can get my money back

Не смотря на некоторые негативные отзывы скажу так: Меня например полностью устраивает платформа, обмана не замечал на данном этапе, так что всё отлично в принципе. Не много не удобно было разобраться в структуре площадки, но это не большая проблема.

Scam/dishonest exchange????
This platform is not letting me withdraw crypto.
I have 3 transactions that are still processing and have been for days.
Tried to have a chat with customer service but no answer even though it states they are available 24/7.

Update 31/12/2024:
Bituzer, I can guarantee you I am a customer on your exchange and I have spent the last week trying to make contact through the chat with no response at all. What happened to 24/7 support?
I have even sent an email to your support email with no response!
Since I posted the original review the 3 transactions I referred to have been cancelled. I then tried again and it is "In Processing" and has been for a couple of days now.
I have even applied for L2 Verification but again have not heard from anybody and nothing is happening.
I am more than happy and willing to provide a good review if your services were good however since I can't withdraw from my wallet to another exchange and nobody is willing to help from your platform then you only get one star, for now.
I would appreciate assistance from you to get this matter resolved and get on with business!!
