I recently joined bivvy I didn't knew that there was a waiting period, so I submitted a claim I understand that I have to wait they review the claim they said it was partially approved but didn't return nothing to me and still they took out the benefits like if I really used

I've been searching for the right pet insurance for months. BIVVY came up on my email several months ago. I was drawn by the low price but then saw its other benefits. Still, I wavered, confused by the assortment of other companies' spiels. Then BIVVY came up again, I looked at it and signed up. Perseverance worked for us both.

You always have access to your policy documents in your pet parent account or you can contact our customer care team at team@bivvy.com for a copy of your policy. Since we reimburse our customers for the qualified care, we skip the hassle of insurance cards and networks and give our pet parents the power to choose their vet. Your vet doesn’t have to accept insurance, or even know you’re covered, for your insurance to work!

having to mail my vet bill because I don't have a scanner seems a little unfair. There should another way besides mail or scan for Bivvy to receive my vet bill.
