Unprofessional
This company's customer service is a complete joke! They advertise one thing on their website but do something completely different in reality. First, they tell customers to ship to the closest return address to save money, then they say "oops, sorry, that hub can't accept packages from your country" - information that's conveniently missing from their website. Now they've lost the package and are trying to dodge responsibility by telling the customer to chase the shipping company. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from BJJ Fightgear - they can't even manage a simple return process properly. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Zero stars if I could give them!
