I haven't received the product, and the tracking says it hasn't been picked up yet, and it's over a week since it was ordered.

Black/Black does not mean also white and gray
I ordered black/black inline hockey pants and I received black with white and gray stripes and also wording. I ordered the black/black hockey pants because it is required and now I have something that I cannot wear.

Thanks for the feedback but you did not contact us at all about this issue which could very easily be resolved by a quick email to us which asks if there are any mistakes please email us at sammy@black-biscuit.com. The pant you ordered was the Black/Black PLAYA Pant - Black/Black which clearly shows the pant in various positions so the pant sent was ACTUALLY the pant you ordered so maybe you ordered the wrong pant. Feel free to email us so we can take care of this but to be clear the pant you ordered is the pant that was shipped.

Black Biscuit is the best in the business. The communication is always open and clear, the uniforms are great quality, the colors are crisp, and they arrived quickly! I have been working with Jon and it has been such a pleasure. I’ll never use another company for hockey sweaters, breezer shells, or socks again.

size is way off
Size is way off by your website. I should have got the medium. Pants are very thin. But on the positive was delivered very fast.
