Been using their service ongoing for a couple years. If I call, they take control of my computer and before I know it , the problem is resolved. I would not use any other service.

Stefan did great and he was honest
About two months ago I hired someone on Craigslist to help install new Microsoft office software and transfer information. It was a disaster. My contacts were gone and I had Microsoft sending messages “the software installed was not legal software”. I had to start over. I searched Craigslist and
found Blackhawk MSP. I was very skeptical.
Especially when I asked for an estimate, he explained I would only be charged for the time he worked (not waiting time), requesting my credit card information and granting access to my PC remotely. Stefan set up MS Office, signed me up (legally) and transferred all my data from iCloud account. He worked on my PC for 3 hours. He only charged me for two hours. I would recommend Stefan!

Top notch IT service and support.
Blackhawk is my office365 and BitDefender provider. They always come thru for me when needed. They are available sometimes during weird hours and locations. So it’s nice to know they have my back when I need them.
I highly suggest you consider giving Blackhawk an opportunity to support your company.
