You don’t get all of your messages, and for some reason, they continually mess up my pictures. This website is the worst and customer service is severely lacking. I bought a six month subscription, but between missing messages and them messing up my photos, it’s been a waste! Don’t waste your money.

So I just totally switched there after my miserable experience on BPM. Another problem with BPM is whole bunch of overcharges . You authorize one batch they charge you for three. You contact support team about it - they either ignore you or give you the runaround. You tell them you want to cancel your membership and get your profile deleted they give you the link to the page that isn't there.

This is an unreliable and unprofessional website. Unable to verify or confirm if these profiles are up to date and reliable considering the cost you pay to talk to people.

Recently, I created an account and received a message on login: 'Access to your account has been blocked by BlackPeopleMeet. If you believe you received this message in error, please contact Customer Care.' After talking to Customer Service, I did not receive any reason for the violation - I did not receive any warnings, recommendations, or corrections.

This site is full of scammers and bots. Additionally, for the few real men on the site, they're not serious about meeting in the real world, so they're probably partnered up already. Bypass this site!!!

I was locked out of my account and received an email that it was ban, no reason was given. I tried to login with a different email address and was successful. Paid for a membership sent a few messages and was locked out again. No customer service number and you can only send an email, usually no response. Locked my credit card so no payment would process.

BLK is the worst dating app I've ever joined. The people on there play games messaging you every day and that's it, I've never spoke to anyone on there due to no one ever wants my number, yet they say they do. BlackPeopleMeet.com is owned by PeopleMedia, the sister company of Match.com. You can look at the many poor reviews about Match.com on this website and learn about BlackPeopleMeet.com. When I ended paying for my membership, they emailed me stating that a lot of women viewed my ad and they sent messages. They told me to pay money to reactivate my membership then they would allow me to read my messages. So when my ad was no longer active, they had it up on the site to fool women into thinking they could communicate with me to lead to dates. That also means when I was a member, I was sending messages to inactive members who could not answer me because the women were not currently paying a credit card bill to BPM. You see ads that have nicknames like girlsname38 and the site says the woman is 40 years old. That means she has not been active for 2 years or she would have changed her name to girlsname39 or girlsname40. I was on for over a year and I found the same ads repeatedly sent to me as "matches" even after I sent messages to them and they did not message me back. I blocked their emails and looked for an online dating site not under this conglomerate. I plan to also go to meetings on meetup.com to make sure I am in a room with genuine women. If you want to try online dating, I advise you to avoid sites owned by Match.com because you will run into the same problems. I have tried Match.com and Plenty of Fish so I know what I am talking about.
