I would highly recommend Jess as one of the best professional managers in our region. We met few years ago and she helped us and still does in any way. If you need good property to rent as holiday home she is the person to help!

Recently returned from Sunny Beach ,we booked flights and accomadation seperately,we booked the accomadation through Jess (blackseaholidayrentals ),I must say that from the initial enquiry and contact with Jess nothing was to much trouble and 5 star and that service continued right up to arrival and during our stay ,will definitely be using Jess again 😊

Well what an easy company to use! Jessica was amazing meet us on arrival showed us around and she gave us permission to call at any time if we needed help or advice. Apartment very suitable for our needs in a great position for the front seaside.

Thank you Jessica for booking me into a lovely studio apartment, it was bright, clean and in lovely condition. It's location was fantastic, far enough away from the front to be quiet but close enough for a six minute walk to get where the action was.

Jessica was recommended to me to clean my 3 apartments before arrival.
She did an amazing job and left the windows and all areas sparkling. All communication between her and myself was quickly answered too. I will definitely be using her and her team in future.

Great company nothing too much trouble. Had my windows cleaned both inside and out. Brilliant job as they are not the easiest to clean.
Will definitely be using them again next year and not just for windows.

I’m based in the UK and was recommended Black Sea Holiday Rentals to clean and prepare my 2 bedroom apartment in Bulgaria.
Communication via WhatsApp was prompt, efficient and friendly with competitive prices.
My apartment was spotless and was so nice to walk in to.
They also were helpful in taking photos of things that needed attention eg a leaky tap, and offered support to fix it. I decided to sell my apartment however would not have if I’d found this company earlier.
Highly recommended.

I used Jessica and her team this year on a couple of occasions. They did a wonderful job and her fees are very reasonable. I will be using her services in the future. She is lovely to deal with.

Great stay at the Sunny Beach Dawn Park complex. Only stayed for 5 days but wish I'd booked more. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid this company owner. She has lost a majority of our towels, bedding, our travel cot and high chair we provide to guests has also gone from our apartment. Our coffee machines have also gone missing. We had a number of bookings with no payout issued to us. When questioned and chased all she does is make excuses, lies then blocks you. Deceitful and a liar and NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Avoid at all costs. Jessica used to run sunny beach rentals. She managed my apartment in 2022. She took 4 bookings I did not receive any rental money all season even though she should have paid me 6 weeks after the bookings. She did pay some of my bills but failed to tell me my 1st guest had broken my TV. She took money from the guest and instead of replacing my TV she put her old TV in. She has since brought me a new TV. On handing back my keys she did a video pointing out my towels and sheets. These were not mine. She eventually returned 5 out of 6 of my bed sets but then admitted she had lost all my towels. These were all brand new things I had brought over from UK at the start of the season. I had to bill her for the towels which she did send me money for. All my cleaning products, mop and tea towels had gone when I arrived. I have had sleepless nights by using this young lady who is inexperienced in property management, inconsistent with her communication and dishonest

Jessica the owner is a pleasure to deal with. She deals with questions quickly and efficiently. She explains things in a clear and concise manner. Have to say I hope for a long and fruitful business relationship with Black Sea Holiday Rentals.

I have worked with the owner Jessica through last year as our businesses cross paths in sunny beach. Ive found her hardworking, honest and always going the extra mile for my guests. Already in this new venture i have seen nothing but professionalism and hard work and im delighted with the bookjngs already made for the coming season
