First weird thing about this shop, you place your order but you can't pay. I've received a confirmation where the shipping costs where still listed as from 3.9€. This same mail says literally

I have waited a few days, contacted them, no response ever came back. Doesn't seem serious but rather a timewaste to me. I don't see how the shop is scamming anyone but they aren't charging nor deliviering either.

Complete idiots. I ordered hookah and was waitting for delivery price because its not provided at the end of purchase. 21th century did not reach Moldova yet 🙂 . Next day i received delivery offer it was to high and i said i cancle order. Idiot from costumer service was so disapointet that wrote me . Scam - ordered goods dont arrive, no comunication, no refund, AVOID - scam... They shipped goods from Russia and its missing already 5months. No refund, no tracking - nothing. They will contact you only until the money will be received... IT IS SCAM - dont waste money and time. REALLY AVOID

This is a very shady company. First of all the displayed price of their shisha tobacco changes drastically when you select an item in your basket. It seems the displayed price is only for wholesale [Red Flag 1].

When you proceed with check out, no matter the payment option you select there is no payment performed and you sit there wondering [Red Flag 2]

Next day someone (?) sends you on WhatsApp (!!) regarding your order and requests 50€ shipping costs, when at the moment of the order the displayed shipping cost was 3.9€. He then proceeds to tell you to add more stuff to your order for a discount [Red Flag 3].

All in all, just STAY AWAY!

I am happy to report that the shisha I bought met all the expectations set by the website's description and photos. After testing it with a large group, I can confidently say that it was a great experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Those who enjoy hookahs are aware that this brand has recently released limited edition models that are challenging to acquire. I am unsure of how they managed it, but I received my hookah promptly and without any issues during delivery.
