Dear Trustpilot management! Please do not delete my review of this company Blackwellglobal. I am not violating the requirements that you set for reviewers. I evaluate their work objectively.
"One of the worst brokers I've traded with...
Andrei, trading account 310310. I don't understand the rave reviews about this broker. There are constant delays in the execution of orders (euro-dollar - 0.4 seconds, DAX30 - 1.3-1.4 seconds). Since my strategy provides for execution of 0.2-0.3 seconds at DAX30 and hedging, I started the chat with support. After long days of chat, the liquidity provider was charged with the responsibility, he cannot accept my liquidity flow (20 intraday orders is a colossal flow :-). The technical support is not very competent, I communicated with Amin - a lot of general words, but very little specifics (most likely, I just had no luck with him). Opening a trading account in the Bahamian jurisdiction takes a very long time, documents are considered from December 4, today January 18 (!!!) - the account has not been opened yet, no answers. In general, my impressions of this broker are negative: either they are illiterate people, or they have a biased negative attitude towards traders from Russia".

Unsere Belange sind kein Standard und doch hat uns der Kundendienst, sachlich und fachlich kompetent geantwortet und zwar am selben Tag und vor allem, keine wischi waschi Antworten geliefert. Die Antworten auf unsere Fragen waren präzise, verbindlich und sie wurden auch eingehalten. Also in dieser Branche ist das ein außergewöhnlich guter Service.
Ja die Konditionen sind in Durchschnitt, aber der Broker verfügt über Bereitschaft auf uns Kunden einzugehen. Danke dafür

I can highly recommend Blackwell Global. I have traded with a number of brokers, and Blackwells STP model along with excellent customer service has been the best broker I have found yet. They were even able to accommodate me with a lower leverage to lower my risk :) (Trust me it easy to find a broker who will increase your leverage) Blackwell went the extra mile to accommodate my conservative risk profile.

Das Kundenservice ist sehr bemüht und äußerst hilfreich. Es wird immer versucht für den Kunden eine Lösung zu finden. Der fachliche Dialog sollte noch tiefer gehen können und verschiedene Ebenen erreichen können. In der Forex Welt ein äußerst gutes Service !

Guten Tag liebe Tradergemeinde.
Guten Tag liebe Tradergemeinde.
Als Daytrader trade ich bei Blackwell-Global auf der MT-4-Plattform ausschliesslich den DAX / DE-30 / German-30 als Cfd.
Sowohl der konstant gleichbleibende Spread als auch der nahezu identische Kurs zum DAX-Future , auch in sehr volatilen Phasen , und der deutschsprechende Support von Herrn Joe haben mich von diesem Broker überzeugt sich hier in guten Händen zu befinden.
Wichtig ist für mich , das sich ein Broker nicht als MaketMaker gegen seine Kunden positioniert welches hier bei Blackwell-Global gänzlich
nicht der Fall ist da die Orders direkt an den oder die Liquiditätsanbieter durchgeroutet werden.
Deshalb kann ich Blackwell-Global jedem Trader guten Gewissens empfehlen.
