Lawrence contacted me last year when I left my previous company. Unlike many recruitment companies Lawrence is genuinely interested in you, he helped with general advice and practical support rewriting my CV. He didn’t need to do that but it feels typical that this organisation is there as much for the candidates as the firms that select them for their search needs.
