This soap has been great for keeping me clean with taking a toll on my skin. With exception to the smell, that is subtle but good. My skin feels clean without the dry, oily or residue of other soaps. The company is responsibly sourcing and reasonably priced. I am happy with the brand and product.

My new favorite hair product
My new favorite hair product. With the covid hair going wild, needed something that worked for long hair and daily gym workouts. These made my hair feel clean, soft and no issues with scalp dryness.

Customer Support lost a customer..
I had an issue with delivery as the bottle leaked. It's really a bad product design, you should ship it with a cap and put the trigger in later. Reached out to customer service and they were not easy and blaming me. All I wanted was a smaller bottle to make up for the loss or a refund that matched the third of the bottle that got lost. They said they would ship something but have never received anything. So they lost a customer because of poor customer service.

Hi Glen, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We investigated and discovered a replacement was indeed approved, but due to an oversight it never actually shipped out. We apologize for this and are now expediting that shipment to you. Regarding the design of our Hair Hydrator bottles, there is a reusable lock just below the trigger that normally ensures no product is lost in transit (or when you throw it in a travel bag) but on rare occasions a bottle may suffer damage during shipping. The current bottle should provide a good blend of sturdiness and convenience, but we are always seeking to refine our designs. Our efforts to learn about your specific situation may have left an unfortunate impression, but rest assured we were only trying to get as much information as possible so that future issues can be prevented for everyone! Awesome Daily Shampoo
My husband has gone through a couple of bottles of this now. He really likes it because his hair is dirty everyday from doing construction work, so he likes a daily shampoo option. This one is perfect because it does a good job cleaning, but is gentle enough for daily use. The scent is AMAZING, and it’s cooling and tingly which is lovely (I may have tried it out a time or two). We will continue to purchase!!

Thank you for your honest review, Eric. We tracked down your order and saw you purchased our BioNutrient Foaming Face Wash, which is designed specifically for dry skin. It's a clean formula with only 12 ingredients, including several moisturizing botanicals (Glycerin, Coconut Oil, Green Tea). But everyone's skin is different, and occasionally someone may have a negative reaction to a particular botanical. While we are confident this wash is a great choice for most men with dry skin (it recently won the SPY Man Award for Best Face Wash of 2020) we are always refining our formulas and we will keep your case in mind as we continue that effort.
