It took a while, but it arrived perfectly.

I was in the need for someone to help me import an XS Power battery and charger to the UK at the best price possible. After considering a few offers, Blade ICE offered the best deal therefore I accepted it. They were also the ones to inform me that the charger would work properly in the UK as there is a physical switch to change the input voltage when opening up the charger.

From payment day to the delivery day was just over 3 weeks, a 2 week turnaround was estimated but unfortunately delayed by customs which cannot be helped. There was however a small inconvenience whereby they said they would perform the switch on the charger for me, but ended up not doing so due to wanting to push out orders fast because of the customs delay.

They would have lost a star for this, but they were very apologetic and reassured me that they would keep on top of it next time, so I thought it would be unfair to remove a star over something that I easily figured out how to do by myself.

Overall, the experience I had with Blade ICE was fantastic and I look forward to using them again for other imports I will no doubt require in the future!

I bought the wideband 3” speakers and I’m literally blown away at the quality of sound they produce. I use them in a 3 way front stage crossed at 200hz to 5000hz and they are like nothing else at the lows for the money.

Good selection of products and accessories, affordable and quick delivery. Fast to respond to questions which is always useful with car audio purchases. I have primarily purchased power distribution items such as fuse holders and terminals which they have been very easy to deal with.
