I bought some ice freestyle frames for my FR1 skates at bladeville.com, they were most helpful in answering my questions before ordering.

The first time I used the frames, I unfortunately managed to loose one of the retaining screws that secure the blade to the frame. Bladeville.com got the part for me from the manufacturer and shipped it to me free of charge.

Couldn't be happier with the service.

I bought some skates a month ago and for the delivery there were no problems, but when I returned the skates because they did not fit, the problem came with the refund, they received the skates at their factory, they confirmed that I was entitled to a refund, and I have been behind for two weeks from them to get my money back.

Delivered a few days later than expected, but their customer support replied quickly to my inquiry

My order was cancelled past the date it was supposed to arrive to the UK. They cancelled it with no warning or refund

I bought my dream skates from them, the skates are awesome, they were sent really quick and very well packed.

The recommendations for size that they gave me were really accurate and helped me a lot to buy them online.

however, there was this small problem I had with the delivery and it was that I knew what to expect from shipping but I didn't know I had to pay import taxes on the goods when they were delivered to me in Switzerland.

I have bought from places outside Switzerland and they always informed me that after shipping nothing else had to be paid.

with Bladeville I had to pay an extra CHF45 for taxes which made the purchase even more expensive as I had made in in Switzerland which was dissapointing.

They should let people know more clearly what other charges might come from the purchase. I am not sure about buying again.

In Nederland nog geen reviews gezien, maar toch skeelers besteld. Bedrijf uit Polen. Zoals in bestelling te lezen, na 3 dagen ontvang je een track&trace. Ik had nog even voor de zekerheid geckecked via mail op derde dag, direct een reply gekregen met een code van UPS. Vlotjes daarna binnen 2 dagen in huis, top👍

Bit of a bitter-sweet feeling. I Googled and found what I was looking for and placed an order as it appeared to be in stock in the website.

2 days later, I get an order cancellation email, apparently it was a website mistake and they had no stock. At the same time I got an email from Paypal confirming a full refund.
Given I paid in GBP, the refund was less than I actually paid due to the changing currency exchange rates (which is not their fault at all!!), but after emailing to let them know, I was issued an extra refund for the difference.

In the current times, small business are struggling and sometimes there are annoying mistakes, but what makes the difference is how they solve them and what kind of customer service they provide.

In my case, I couldn't get what I was after and that was disappointing, but the refund covering even the currency difference is something not every shop would be willing to do and that means a lot to me.

I'll definitely keep them in my bookmarks for future purchases.

My order was canceld because the skates was sold out but listed as in stock. They cancelt the order. but they still clamed the money from Paypal. They promised a refund but nothing yet. Now im trying to get the 450 euro back...

Bladeville came in clutch! Had a hard time finding skates in the U.S during this whole pandemic. They have a big selection. Responded fast to questions. Found the skates I wanted at a good price. Shipping did take a while but wasn't on their part. Was stuck at customs for about a week. Other then the shipping delay. Skates came well packaged , they included stickers and a bladeville bag. Would buy from them again

Bought a pair of skates. The payment system was very clunky, and could not accept debit or credit cards.
Customer service lacking of the basics (eg confirming if the payment went through. I had to call by phone for two days to get this piece of information).
The dispatch took about one week.
Information about the size was not wright, consequently I returned the item.
The refund was never confirmed.
There is not any pre-arranged return service.
This is a business run by people that have no idea about the standard offered by their competitors on the market.
