I wish these reviews were more public. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. Definitely concerned with the quality of the shoe. They also don’t fit. I inquired about a refund and they wanted to charge $15 for shipping a new shoe when I only paid $7 to ship the original shoe. I only got a 20% refund as thy advised that other return shipping costs would be more expensive. Sharing this so that more people are aware before buying!

I ordered these beautiful heels, and while they ran small, I have been in contact with customer service who has been the utmost helpful. They have been so kind, sent me the correct size and have been in touch to make sure I have the best customer experience. I can’t wait to show off my new shoes!

Do not! I repeat, Do not! purchase anything from this website, shoe smell is terrible, quality is the poorest, I got better quality off Temu and Shein, they requested I return to Turkey or get 20%, I threw the shoes in the trash, you cannot even give it away, looked like something they asked people who take 5 bucks per shoes to make.

The glasses were on a bit of a back order, but wow did I love them when they arrived! Gorgeous blue with very well fitting frames and fantastic lens!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from an ad on Facebook. Typically, I don't order online. Well, they took a little longer to come in but I am so pleased with them! They are very well made and the size is perfect. And, most importantly, very comfortable for high heels. They are even prettier than the pictures and have awesome truly unique band connections which makes it extremely easy for me to buckle. You really can't tell that from the pictures! I had a question and they were responsive. I will definitely be ordering again!

total trash..Cheap smelly shoes that come from China. The don't even ship them in a box. Just double bagged. The clasp was not even real and they look cheap. They have a "Miami" address, but don't be fooled and don't waste your money!

A very big SCAM! I ordered from January and it has been 2 months and did not receive the shoes. They offer me a discount at first which I took because I was still hoping to get the shoes for my cousin birthday. Weeks past and no shoes. I requested a full refund or get my attorney involved. #VERY UNSCRUPULOUS

If I could do zero stars, I would! Ordered 2 pairs of boots. They look nothing like the pictures on the website. They are extremely cheap looking. I tried to make a return but was told they have to be shipped to Turkey even though their website and social media list a Miami address. They want to charge me shipping and other fees to return them. My only option is to keep them and they will give me a 20% refund. I don’t want these boots…just my money back!

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I do not believe this is a real company. I placed an order 1/23/2026 and it’s March 12th. Never received a confirmation email and my order still has not arrived. I tried calling their # and all you get is a voicemail. Never received a call back. I then sent an email and received a response telling me that they received my order, however couldn’t give me any details regarding the order. All they said is that your order will arrive within 7-8 days and that was 2/11/2026. I’m convinced that my order will never arrive and this is a total scam. I’ve called my bank to dispute the charges

Same as other people have reported, sent wrong size then wanted me to pay postage of £14 to send a new pair and keep the smaller ones that you cant even do up and stink of glue. Really wish I had checked out the reviews first.

Placed an order more than a week ago. Paid and to date has received no confirmation of order or expected date of shipment. Because of no confirmation I have no way to follow up.

I absolutely love my shoes. The quality is very elegant and the fit is amazing. The level of customer service along the way excellent. I would recommend purchasing from them. Already have my eyes on other items.

I ordered January 23rd 2025. By the 2nd of February I started to inquire. The company states it's in Miami but the tracking shows overseas. So they lied. Not American. Then I tried to inquire and A.I. stepped in. They stated that they would refund me 20 percent of my purchase due to all the miss information. I requested a full refund and I am reporting spam. Bad product. Don't believe this company

Do not wast your money. They send me shoes that were too big and I couldn't even latch the shoe. I returned them to the address on the label and was told that I should have sent them to an address in Turkey. I don't know where those shoes are and I am out of my $40. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Blake Hampton customer support was exceptional and the best I've experienced in quite some time from an online company. Sadly I was not happy with my purchase but Blake Hampton customer support was able to resolve my concerns to my 100% satisfaction. I would definitely shop with them again.

Awful returns policy. The customer is wrong, they offered a 40% refund and to keep the wrong shoes that didnt fit. Not very helpful staff and in the end bad business practice whatever way you look at it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Requested to return them
Options - get a replacement pair in different size (the foot size was not the issue)
Return them i was advised via email this will cost more than than the refund is worth .
Take a 20% refund and keep the boots which dont fit .
I wouldn't order again - not based on returns policy

I order two pairs of shoes, but only received one. Text my request for a refund and nothing happen. No shoes no refund. Sorry but I want be ordering from this company again.
