ESTAFA!!! Nunca me llegó el producto, solo te dan largas y no resuelven. Solo dicen que es tema del transportista. Solo ROBAN a la gente. Debería de haber forma de que los detengan.

SCAMMERS - bought reading glasses in December, got weird transit updates from Europe and status that the articles arrived in Canada in February, asked for updates and now its May, company is ghosting me and offers nothing.

I ordered a bottle of cologne and never recieved it. Do not order perfume, cologne etc from this firm. It's a scam.

This company is criminal! They stole money from my credit card via setting up a fake PAYPAL account.

I have had to cancel my credit card and start again. They should be criminally charged.

Ordered something on the 16th February 2026 and it still hasn’t arrived and when I asked them to contact the courier they use and copy me in with the email they refused to do it , asked for a refund and they are ignoring me. They are a scam !

They are scammers be warned. Goods will never arrive despite receiving tracking info and updates.

I ordered blue light glasses over 2 months ago. They keep telling me to be patient since the forwarder hasn't updated them regarding the tracking code. Loss of money for sure.

I think they are scammers using a scam logistics company. Ordered reading glasses via FB and foolishly thought it was safe as company based in the USA. Got prompt notifications about the package being dispatched and then they stopped when supposedly the package arrived in NZ. Weeks later when the package had still not been delivered, i email Tracking Hub with no response then go direct to Blanbutton with an instant response saying they will resend the package. No tracking info is sent and a week later when I ask for an update they just respond saying they haven’t heard from the delivery company and please can I be patient. Now I know they are scammers too!

I bought this robotic dog,cost me $54 and is the RUBBISH noting like advertised doesn’t worth even $2
And they don’t refund me.

Acabo de hacer una compra y me dió confianza usar PAYPAL, tienen la liga hacia mi cuenta, se cobra pero luego contestan que no hay ningun pedido.
No entiendo cómo pueden ligar a paypal para hacer su estafa, entro a mi cuenta y NO ESTAN LAS VENTAS que hice pero mi banco SI RECIBE EL COBRO
MUCHO CUIDADO SON UNOS LADRONES

If negative was an option that’s what I would give it for sure this company it’s a scam I ordered a Tarte under eye concealer and what I was sent was an offbrand lip tint. I asked for refund and the link they sent me doesn’t not work. They offered to give me back $3 …are you kidding me? Please do not buy from this site. They fake advertise it’s all a scam.

llevo un mes esperando que me llegue el producto, contacte al soporte y me dicen que debo esperar. ya no lo quiero. malisimo el soporte que dan y los plazos.

El producto tardo alrededor de 2 semanas en llegar. Luego me enviaron un producto del color equivocado, cuando reclamo me ofrecen 2$ de devolución les digo que no y me dicen que lo envié y yo tengo que pagar el envio tampoco acepto. Luego me ofrecieron 6$ no acepte puesto que yo pague 27$ por los productos y aquí estoy aun esperando que me contesten. Busco algún número de teléfono para llamar pero no consigo nada. Son unos estafadores, no compren ningún artículo a estas personas. Hagamos boicot para que deje de existir la compañía.

I had the worst shopping experience with this company. I ordered 2 Tarte under eye corrector, and I received 2 lip products. I sent many emails, and they kept saying that they sent me the right products. Do not buy anything from this company.

Del producto que ordené ofrecían 2x1 ÷ regalo. Solo llegó 1 y el regalo. De dudosa calidad, no hace lo que promete y es muy pequeño en comparación con el que se ve en el video. Además tardó mas de un mes. Al solicitar la devolución me han dado mil vueltas.
Una vez más, debo hacer una plana de "no creer en los productos que venden por facebook"

I received just 1 product out of 2, I wrote to the customer service who kept on asking me pictures of what I received (as this would have made sense somehow!) and kept on going back and forward without solving my problem up till it was too late to handle my request as I had reached the deadline for a refund. So I didn't get a refund nor the second missing product! A total scam!
Not fair, and also the quality of the concealer I got was terribly poor, it doesn't work at all!

I ordered a ‘realistic robot puppy’ which was supposed to be lifelike according to the video I watched when making purchase. Instead I received a 6inch toy that works with batteries and looks nothing like the real ‘thing’. Total scam. I have asked for a refund but I doubt if I ever get it.

Efectivamente es una compañia SCAM. Te dan tracking number de otra persona q concuerde con tu pueblo y zip code cuestión de q no puedas reclamar pq el correo no te da un documento oficial q diga el nombre y Urb. de esa otra persona. No les compren nada. Son unos ladrones.
