Ik ben ontzettend goed geholpen door Chris. Hij schakelde direct met de fabrikant van mijn afzuiger om uit te zoeken hoe de controller het beste geplaatst kon worden. Wat ik vooral waardeerde, is dat Chris niet schroomt om meteen te bellen wanneer dat sneller of duidelijker is. Vragen die ik per mail stelde, werden direct beantwoord en helder uitgelegd.

De producten zijn van hoge kwaliteit en duidelijk goed doordacht. De installatie was zeer eenvoudig en binnen korte tijd hadden wij in de werkplaats van Verkade Meubelmakerij alles volledig werkend.

The products from Blastgate work really effective. All hardware is of high quality and it makes my work more efficient, not having to worry about closing or opening (or forgetting) shutters anymore, same goes for switching on or off the dust collector. It's all automatic now and its works really well. The service from Chris was really good and friendly. He helped me with installation and is always one phonecall away for assistance. All and all im very happy with my shutrs and controller from Blastgate.

Die Produkte sind sehr stabil gebaut.
Ich war überrascht, wie schnell die Schieber von einer Endlager zur anderen wechseln. Klar, Druckluft geht um Zehntelsekunden schneller. Nur braucht man mehr Zeit vom Schalter mit der Hand zum Werkstück zu kommen.
Womit ich bei der zweiten wichtigen Komponente angekommen bin.
Der Sensor.
Er wird mit seinen mom stabilen Gehäuse auf die Zuleitung der Maschine geklemmt.
Bei mir erkannten die Sensoren sofort ob Strom anliegt oder nicht.
Die Installation ist nicht kompliziert, wenn man, anders als ich, die Anleitung sorgfältig durchliest.
Controller auf Pairing stellen, neue Geräte werden angezeigt und verbunden.
Danach Öffnet der Sensor den Shutter, startet die Absaugung und spielt am am Ende Nachlaufzeit ab.
Wie gesagt hatte ich einen Fehler gemacht und musste den Service fragen.
René hat nach einer Stunde angerufen und mich kompetent, freundlich und geduldig bei der Einrichtung begleitet.
Nach 5 Minuten liefen alle Maschinen.

Ich hatte lange überlegt, ob ich mir den Luxus leisten soll.
Da die Schieber in Hobbywerkstätten oft da landen, wo es grade passt und nicht dort, wo sie zum Verwenden verleiten, bleibt das Gebläse aus.
Mein Vater hatte Lungenfibrose vom Holzstaub.
Ich denke, auch beim Hobbybastler ist es gut investiertes Geld.

I am in South Africa and the team from BlastGate.com pulled out all the stops to get my order to me with DHL. Once it arrived, they helped with the setup and where incredibly knowledgeable with the installation of the controller on my not so easy Felder RL125 machine.

My gates and controller where beautifully packaged and the literature that came with each item was very clear.

The products are all beautifully engineered and are very high quality.

I love my blast gates and highly recommend them to anyone who has a factory or a serious hobby workshop.

Installed 3 gates on Felder machines, very easy. My need was simply to have the gate for the running machine opened and the others closed. My AF22 extractor needed to have a special fusebox that blastGate did for me (they also shared details in case I wanted/could do myself, very nice).
I didn't have anything to configure, just plug and play.
It's been a few months I have them and it works very reliably.
I completely switch off electricity of all machines (including gates) when not in the shop, and it's no problem when I switch it back on for BlastGate products.

Product is high quality and works well. Good support on remaining technical questions frim the team.

I ordered 4 blastgates and 2 sensors and the team was super helpful making sure I ordered exactly what was right for my workshop. The packaging is excellent and the products are surprisingly heavy. The blastgates quality is exceptional and the designers really focus on details. They made sure that there is no dust that could impede the functioning of the gate, even the cable that you connect inside are sealed.

I had excellent post-sales support helping me understand how to setup everything and make sure is it optimal.
