This company is so broke they have no money do not I repeat. Do not invest your time your credit or even your time of day into this Credit Card I have my credit card stolen. It was used three times at a CVS about 100 miles away from me for the same price three times now help me explain why would I go to a CVS and buy something for $151.03 times When I know for a fact that my car only has a $300 credit limit what would encourage me to use it two more times this is what I’m talking about when we have these broke companies, trying to be entrepreneurs and trying to be business owners when they don’t have any money to pay the people who they should be paying They don’t have the money to replace your money on your card. They absolutely have no money to replace anything that is scammed off of any of your cars save yourself a lot of time and do not apply for this card. Do not accept your cash offers. Do not accept their pre-qualify cards do not accept anything from this company and I’m not saying it’s because I’m angry. I’m saying it’s because I was scammed and didn’t expect me to pay back the money I got scammed for which is stupid because why would I call and tell you that I got scammed if I didn’t I had this credit card for four years never have this ever happened now because the company is fallen and you’re going to be going into bankrupt soon because they’re doing this to everybody $300. I can’t even give me 150 back of my money you can’t give me 151 of what days took off my card broke. I can’t explain it no other way it’s sad and I’m going to pay this car off and I’m gonna close the account I don’t care about the points and I don’t care about my credit going down. I want blaze car out of my life once and for all they’re a waste of time oasis space nobody should be applying for these cards. Nobody they don’t do cash offers. They don’t do upgrades when you pay the card. They don’t do nothing but suck the life out of your fuc account. That’s all

Blaze Credit Card- A joke

Blaze Credit Card – Deceptive, Disrespectful, and Under Regulatory Review

Blaze Credit Card has shown complete disregard for consumer protection laws and fair treatment. Their representative actually told me I “don’t need a hardship plan, I need DEBT MANAGEMENT,” which is not only insulting but a blatant display of bad faith and predatory behavior.

I am in a documented financial hardship and have repeatedly exercised my LEGAL RIGHT to written communication under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other applicable consumer protection laws. Instead of assistance, Blaze DOUBLED my minimum payments and added late fees while my case is under ACTIVE REGULATORY REVIEW.

Let this serve as notice that I have already filed with the CFPB, OCC, and DFPI, and I WILL CONTINUE filing until this company is held accountable for violating consumer rights and engaging in unethical and deceptive practices. Blaze Credit Card should be ashamed of how it treats struggling consumers.

Run from this card! The customer service is such a joke that I'm pretty sure they hire total ransoms to pretend to be a CSR. Not even mentioning the ridiculous fees. Total sheet show.

No customer service don’t get card

No customer service. Bogus card. Not worth getting at all. I had to write them to ask for first late charge to get taken off since I ordered new bank card, which made payment five days late and they still wrote back saying no. Keeping this card for one year and making sure it’s paid off and leaving. Got 6-7 more months.

Card not received x 2

I was approved for this card. The card never came but the statement did with the annual fee. I called and requested another card it never came. I called and asked to cancel the account and requested a refund of my annual fee. They said they would send me a check. I'm waiting. I have to wonder if this card is a scam.

This is the worst credit card company…

This is the worst credit card company ever!! I was late on a payment so guess what? The company blcoked me from paying through my bank for 6 months?? This have to be the stupidest process ever and when I told the supervisor Claudia the idiot ask me do I need help closing my account what a awful way to respond to a customer that been with them for several years! Awful company

Scammers

Scammers. They double billed me. I closed my account because customer service was horrible and seemed shady. I received my next bill and before writing out a check (I prefer old school) I went on line and looked at my current balance. I wrote them a check for the amount that was on the screen. I noted when it was taken out and that should have been the end of it. A month later I get a bill for $75.39 and called them up. They gave me a song and dance about how this was for a previous walmart order. I told them the date of the transaction is a week after my account was closed. "Sometimes they lag a week or so". I told the supervisor I was speaking to at that point that it never works that way. The transaction is instant. If the card is good the order goes through. If it's closed or doesn't have enough credit available it will kick it out. It charges the card the same day it is ordered. Using the date as my proof I told her walmart.com would have kicked the card if used on that day as the account was closed. I paid my balance in full but she still stuck to it so I told her I want to file a fraud case. Long and short of it is their investigation found the additional amount I paid was incorrect and the deducted that amount saying I still owed $50 I refused to pay. They added a late fee the next month. I refused to pay. The second month they sent a new bill with another late fee. They tanked my Excellent payment history with the credit bureaus. Knowing, from past experience, it would take 2 years to clear it from my credit report I called them to settle, paid them, and closed it out once and for all. Horrible company. They pull this crap on customers to get them angry and decide to fight them so they can rack up the interest and the late fees. I had the card (and it's sister card First Savings Visa who also I close on principle before they could scam me further) for 4 months so they got all my payments, the annual fee, and the money I just paid them to stop the collections from going any further. Bottom line, in 4 months they got around $700 from me all profit. RUN FROM ANY OFFER THEY SEND YOU
