We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We respect every client's right to share their opinion, but we would like to clarify several points for the benefit of readers.
First, throughout the project, our team remained actively engaged with you for more than three months, providing publishing guidance, formatting support, revisions, distribution assistance, and ongoing consultation. The manuscript ultimately submitted was significantly larger and more complex than initially described, including substantially more pages and image content than originally communicated. Despite this, we continued working to help bring the book to publication.
Regarding platform approvals, removals, updates, and account notifications, these decisions are made by the respective publishing and distribution platforms, not by Blaze Publishers. When modifications are required, access to the relevant publishing accounts is often necessary so that requested changes can be implemented correctly.
We also want to note that publishing and distribution platforms have their own policies concerning returns, eligibility, metadata, and account settings. While we assist clients through these processes, final decisions are ultimately made by the platforms themselves.
Throughout our work together, we provided numerous consultations, answered questions, and offered guidance beyond the original scope of the project. Whenever additional services outside the agreed scope were requested, we explained any associated costs in advance, as is standard business practice.
We acknowledge that no company is perfect, and we continuously work to improve. However, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that we failed to make a genuine effort. We have extensive records of our communications and the work performed on this project and remain confident that our team acted professionally and in good faith throughout.
We sincerely wish you success with Cross-Out: Who Is His Own Worst Enemy and thank you for the opportunity to have been part of your publishing journey.
